Enrollment at Joy's Pre-School constitutes agreement to these terms. Admissions are subject to availability, age requirements, and completion of all documentation including medical records.
Tuition fees must be paid quarterly in advance by specified dates. Late payments incur a 10% penalty after a 7-day grace period. Admission fees are non-refundable. Fee revisions happen annually with 60 days' notice.
Regular attendance ensures optimal learning. Advance notice for planned absences is appreciated. Withdrawal requires 30 days' written notice; otherwise, one month's fee applies. We reserve the right to dismiss students for non-payment or behavioral issues after due consultation.
Sick children should stay home to prevent illness spread. We administer emergency first aid but cannot give medications without written authorization. Parents must collect children promptly; late pickups may incur charges.
We maintain a nurturing yet disciplined environment. Bullying, aggression, or disrespect toward staff or peers will be addressed through progressive steps involving parent meetings.
While we maintain comprehensive safety measures, Joy's Pre-School isn't liable for minor injuries during normal play or accidents beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to modify policies, fees, or programs with reasonable notice to parents.
